9/29/2023 0 Comments Your WomanLord, I want to be your woman.
Made, shaped and sculpted by You. Broken pieces, shattered and scattered. Is there still hope for someone like me? They told me I would never be anything They told me I was just like him -- or her But Lord -- I want to be just like Jesus Is there still room in the Kingdom for me? My heart has been a door mat They've called me everything but my name But I hear You calling me... Is there still a place for me in You? Lord, I really want to please You I'm not even sure if I can But I'm willing to try Is there still time to try? Can you collect the pieces -- The scattered and shattered parts of me? Some were given, most were taken. Lord, will you make me Your woman -- Will you make me whole? Whispered by the Holy Spirit, penned by Cathy Ames 3.19.2005

Cathy Ames TurnerI love writing, musing, imagining ... having fun with markers, pens, pencils. For my most recent project, I learned the ins and outs around academic writing. But years ago, I used to write poetry and even started a blog. ArchivesCategories |
